I hate to be a buzzkill, but that 0.15 is merely the standard XPED Rate. The announcements clearly say that the rates were negotiated FROM the standard rate. Meaning we don't actually know how much we are getting per unit. It could be 1 cent, or it could be 15. Either way they have not disclosed citing the need for commercial privacy.
