This was not a price sensitive announcement and was not intended to build confidence in shareholders. This was more of an internal announcement designed to build confidence amongst staff. I for one am glad they released this to the market so that we can all see that the board and staff now have a clear vision and structure which is filled with confidence. And like we all know, the key to a company's growth is its people and the key to its people is belief and hope ala confidence.
