    They are being transparent and have outline the committment to the TEMS divsion. Makes sense to develop their own software with an R&D program. In the longer term will pay off and the revenue/profit turnaround will be be become positive in due course.

    To this end, the Company continues to make significant investment in R&D activities which support JCS’s own proprietary software.
