Example 1 - You said they were bending accounting rules by capitalizing expenses into inventory. I corrected you because they weren't bending any rules - that's what you do with direct labor and direct material. Example 2 - You said the selling price doesn't matter to the convertible note holder and that their profit was locked in at 18%. Corrected you on this one as well as the selling price OBVIOUSLY matters to the CN holder and their profit certainly was not guaranteed. Think anyone who has ever sold anything in their life could have pointed out to you that selling price matters. .

Example 3 - Today's fun. You complain that xped's consolidation is 2 weeks long and that it's probably set a record for the longest timeline for a consolidation in asx history. I correct you again pointing out all non-court approved consolidations follow the exact same timeline which is a mandated timeline set by the ASX.

Nice job trying to turn the tables though using your usual technique of fabricating things and coupling your made up bs with condescending insults. I've corrected you at least 3 times now - when all you've done is say 'nuh uh' - sling insults - and spin consipiracy theories. When have you corrected me?

And speaking of conspiracy theories - you want my comments on why they released the company update on the date that they did? How the h*ll should I know why they did it when they did? But perhaps it has something to do with several shareholders at the EGM bashing into them the need to improve communications?

Frankly - I'm completely over your incredibly rude attitude on this board. You speak to no one with any semblance of respect or decency. You fabricate things yet speak with an air of authority so my only assumption is you actually are completely clueless or you're intentionally trying to mislead people here. You do nothing to contribute to these boards except fill it with insults, complaints, misinformation, and consipiracy theories. I'd block you - but then I can't keep correcting you and setting things straight for those that might buy into your bs.

There is lack of disclosure in advance in regard to the process of consolidation and how it would affect the stock trading in the process of consolidation. It seems that XPE has lack of knowledgeable person in dealing with this type of administrative issue. As an investor and holder, I still could NOT access any XPE announcements except through HC and ASX announcements.

Under code XPEDD, there is no news. We could not longer access through XPE. However, we could see a trading in XPEDD. How do these investors trade a stock without having the stock?
