It's literally the second sentence of the bonus option announcement.
"Participation in the bonus option offer is optional and is available exclusively to shareholders of Xped who are registered as holders of shares at 7pm (AEST) on the record date of 19 June 2017 and whose registered address is in Australia or New Zealand".
At the moment, we haven't actually done another capital raising - we've just approved the option to do one, up to the value of $7.5m, within the next 3 months. But we haven't done one yet. So at the moment - there is no capital raising that has occurred, therefore there is no 'sophisticated investor' that may or may not be entitled to the bonus options.
However - should they do the raising in the very near future (a possibility)- then yes if they are on record as fully paid shareholders as of 19 June - and their registered address is in Aus or NZ - then yes, they are also entitled to the bonus option offer.
