If anyone wants to see the answers to growlers questions just check out the responses from the board of LRS.  They have the same governance policy on this as XPE and operate in the same way.
The small company get out clause is:

"to aim for, so far as is practicable given the size and the nature of the operations of the Company, a majority of the Board being Independent Directors;"


I do not in any way disagree with Growler 's concerns but I worry about the 29 thumbs up because this SP needs support not SHs rattling wasp nests, especially over the next two months. And Growler this is not an attack on you... others demanded your reply which was simply  an honest and informative one.  I've never contacted him but I expect that Stephen Mayne would certainly know how to get action if you wanted it.   Some-one got the ASX to ask LRS.
