Are they actually manufacturing 3-4mil units a month? We just shipped 20mil units - sounds like bulk orders to me (not continuous).
The fundamental problem with Xped's revenue model here is we don't get paid until the technology is:
sold to retailer -> sold to customer -> wrapped up for Christmas gift -> unwrapped and downloaded -> Xped gets paid 30-days later
