Todays update is really worth a couple of reads to soak in all that info (especially nicks part)
It seems we have a great partnership here with Andy and Nick.
Andy has worked extremely hard to turn "potential" into "operational" and that is what he has done, and, there is no reason that what ever comes in the future regarding commercial opportunities he will get turn these into commercial operations.
Nick is now able to remain at the coalface, sort opportunities in markets and then handball them to Andy convert.
It is a very compelling team now in place.
