It certainly isnt a good look. You would think they would be more proactive after such a terrible few months and the collective feeling of how the BoD have a grip on things. If they say they are busy one more time, I'll get that sick feeling again.
It appears they may not see the significance of timing which seems very naive looking back at all announcements. Is this delay with the Ann the BoD fault or the Company Secretary?
We seem to be paying top dollar for staff and not getting the results we are paying for.
All in my opinion please do your own research.
