The Lithium prospect was a safer bet prospect in terms of sovereign risk. The cobalt, if the decide to go ahead with it, is higher risk and I don't think he market will give it as much premium as the lithium until there is some decent drilling performed. At least they have plenty of funds now and presumably if they go ahead all of it will be focused on proving up the cobalt resource now.
