No company director with half a brain would put in writing that 'we won't do a cap raise', even if they personally believed it their legal advisers would never let them write it in an ASX announcement.
A little bit more common sense around here would be nice.
I think this announcement has bought them time and steadied the tide for a bit until results come out.
