    Good update - cases are progressing well and looks as though they're going to avoid raising balance sheet equity and instead use debt and/or partnership funding. They need to consummate something on the financing side very soon given they're down to $1.8m cash with forecast outgoings of $4m this quarter - i will continue to sit on the sidelines until details of any such financing arrangement are announced.
