I am not saying it's a positive but it is also not a negative.
I am saying it will be steady as she goes.

Exactly what do you believe the negatives will be and don't say carbon tax , as that would only apply to domestic coal ( not export for steel manufacture ) and would be passed onto the purchaser and eventually the consumer.
Brl have permits at all current mines so nothing will happen , the expansion into Sullivan's and escarpment is the real question in my opinion.
3 years and another govt will be in.
