I totally admire any investor prepared to dig deep for those extra pieces of the puzzle.
I go to some extraordinary length to call all sorts of poeple when looking at an investment.
Upper management in companies are trained at not giving anything away but often middle management and lower are keen to talk.
Always interesting what the neighbors and locals are saying.
