your right......... the RCPS should not be executed....... yes they are making money and they have plenty of time to formulate a way of paying the holders of them back.....whether from cash flow, bank debt or cap raise.
Converting the RCPS into shares is equivalent to to selling 25% of the company for $11.3m.
I have emailed the CEO about this.
