The coal loader at the Port of Lyttleton was broken for a two week period in July.
Expected rail shipments for this month and last month are 5 loads (@1,500 tonnes each spread over 30 coal wagons).
This gives a Winter 2017 export rate of around 80,000 tonnes/month (minis production of Roa Mining which is also carried on the same rail ine).
