Pleased with news , there are no problems , all is moving along .
Many small companies especially those well funded as PM1 are ,  will not even release updates .

Battery Hub Manganese Tenement -- Grant Update The Native Title Tribunal has formally notified the Western Australian Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) that it has received no objections from Native Title claimants during the four-month objection period ending 19th August 2017. The grant process for E09/2217 is now in the final phase of assessment for determination under the Mining Act, and the Company expects the grant to occur in the near term.
