For anyone that can see past the end of their nose this is a great announcement. It's only a matter of time before this is picked up by any one of the many fields this tech can be used in. Change to new tech within gov sectors is always hesitant and takes time, but once it happens it spreads like wild fire. I'm much more confident in holding now.
