I was thinking it would not be a deferral, but a deal where the debt would be deemed paid , provided production went o.k. and the royalty more than paid off the debt- perhaps I was just hopeful and naive to the realities!!
Just come into these in past week -anyone know if the "noteholders" are truly at arms length?
