Very poor decision by the board. They have basically committed to paying USD15M interest on a USD7.5M debt for 9 months....that's an equivalent rate of 266%pa...what a joke. Tells me that
a) they don't have any finance options left
b) the debt holder thinks TER is a high risk investment.
As far as the TLO goes, I'm happy to lay anyone that wants to bet it will be open by the end of February...
