Hi all,
Kribi port is ready to rock and roll from 1st of March 2018, after soo many delays.

This marks a new start for Cameroon.
This terminal will be used for exporting merchandise, oil and forestry products, as well as receiving the necessary materials and equipments to build the rail and mineral terminal( previously, everything had to be transferred from Doula port) and mine machinary.

It sounds like Chinese companies are running short of available projects in Cameroon, therefore this Mineral rail and port maybe considered as the most important and golden opportunity they can not afford to let go!
They will be making a killing by charging tariffs from transported minerals from the Hubs to port.

I believe the dots are slowly connecting.
