Personally, the news not that outstanding as would expect/speculate but not that bad either. IMHO, this is good enough to prevent the sale down and ppl who will sell out probably traders, they want to get back their capital after being locked up for so long. Other than that, I don't see any convincing reason for the sale down. Unlike, BIG, BUD, GSW and recently ICI all being sold down hard after re-trade again, CIO's update not that bad but with positive, all IMHO.
