AGM just announced for next month.
I would strongly suggest we will get an acquisition announcement over the next week or so leading into this meeting.
There is management remuneration to discuss after all !!!
They would not discuss remuneration, unless they could show evidence that there had been a component to warrant their remuneration. !!
You could simply not discuss one, without the other. Sit tight!!
