Agreed. That's the point of difference for DXN's business model. They can scale and incur capex costs incrementally instead of a huge capex outlay on a conventional DC site purchase and build. The early revenue from selling modules will help them scale up during these early days. The Syd/Melb DCs will then bring in the big returns when they're fully fitted out and running.
Demand for computing/storage capacity is insatiable and something that can't be stopped.
This one's a long term keeper IMO.
