Finance director and CEO gone, and currently no geologist on the board. Somebody tell these guys they are a mining company.
Obviously there has been board disagreements, splitting into at least 2 groups. I wonder if any of the others also sided with the FD and CEO, and will also resign in the coming weeks.
They need to very quickly find a geologist who can put a mine development team together, though it's obvious from the announcement they are not in a hurry. Boardroom ructions are never good for a stock.
The last 6 months has been problematic.
Why haven't they just gone to their largest shareholder NST, and asked them to recommend a couple of mine developers?
Does anyone know if the principal geologist, James Warren, is still working for the company, and if he has any mine development experience.
