AS of today, I have received no reply to my query sent to the ASX re: TikForce's compliance with the order to provide details of the due dilligence carried out on Gambier Holdings. I guess probably because there was none carried out and they knew that this was just a shell probably set up solely to effect this "deal".
The company address seems to be just a mailing address and is used by several companies so we can probably conclude that this is just a name and has none of the history that KB told shareholders and the ASX about.
TikForce management sure like to play fast and loose with the ASX's rules. Given that there seems to be great gaping holes in their oversight, no wonder!!
