Pretty much the same playbook as most shells. Cash burn is kept to a minimum until an acquisition is found. Funds are then raised, with scrip and maybe a little cash given to vendor. Punters then take their views on the project and it goes up or down. Timeline is the same with all shells on the hunt; unknown.
