Well, it has come to this?

Quite simply, if Meir and Co choose to raise via a low ball CR, the Co. from a retail shareholder point of view is finished.

I am hoping it is just a case of what has become the SAS way, “Over promise and under deliver”.

After all, as they stated, we have lots of options on the table re: funding. So maybe there were so many options on the table all those long months ago, they are having trouble tracking down the preferred option??!!??

Really starting to look, walk and quack like a Duck this one.

Still hoping MM can salvage this Co for the best intentioned ( I still give Meir and Co the benefit of the doubt there ) Little Israeli Rocket Men.
