upon consideration, I think the insurance point is a lot more important than appears on face value. this would no doubt be a completion CP to any form of funding agreement (among other CP's) so that both the company and financier are hedged in the event the sats don't work how they're meant to.
getting this locked in will be an important announcement.
otherwise a little fluffy but encouraging nonetheless particularly the virgin update. R&D rebate being slightly larger is a small win. GOMspace funding we knew however would be more interesting in the event there was some sort of prepayment funding arrangement for the pearls (as you'd often see in alternative mine financings).
