the AGM did not approve the performance shares, it only ratified the prior issue of ordinary shares. All shares issued to directors need to be approved by directors.

Do you see any approval of performance shares in the 2018 NOM? No, because they haven't been approved.

do you see an appendix 3b for the issue of performance shares? No. Because they haven't been issued

It seems that you don't know what you're talking about and very little understanding of the corps act and listing rules.
