It is more likely that those sophisticated investors who invested $800K in SDL today may not associated with ANS or the consultant.

Undisclosed new investors who have no association with ANS and the consultant may be a good indicator for SDL shareholders and noteholders.

SDL only needs a reputable investor (a bidder) who has only $58 million (not 100 million) to submit a take over bid on 1 April 2010 to SDL board. If this deal could happen, SDL trading suspension could be lifted.

Of course, ANS shares suspension could be lifted also but ANS will be one of the passengers in the SDL Ship and not as the captain.

You are dreaming. The SDL ship is sinking fast and it’s survival depends on the lifeline thrown by Ans. Be thankful, grab it with both hands and hope and pray it comes to fruition. Your negative attitude is not helpful at all. You don’t have and will not have any other company coming to your rescue noteholders included.
