Harsh, yes. I don't believe a business should ever issue a downgrade, unless something completely out of managements control happens. They set the targets after all. They're forecasting a contribution to the forecast from Asia. That tells me Aust is struggling. But why? What would the revision be otherwise? Is it really just a delay in winning sales? Without TEMS they may make a loss. It's a declining business unit btw.
