What on earth are you talking about "backbone" - he hasn't done anything positive for OBL or EMP - all the heavy lifting has been done by Carl Dumbrell, Phil McNamara, Geoff Geary and all the other people who have backed the fund raising along the way. The "bump in the road" will be flattened out on the 2nd of April and EMP and the appropriate experienced board can get VIC/P47 back on track with pipeline and off-take discussions etc...... This sort of behaviour should never be allowed. ASIC/ASX should take a long hard look at how companies (and particularly manipulated small caps) are managed and bring in regulations that ensure the interests of shareholders come first ALWAYS. The ASX is not a playground for sub standard management to play out their stupid games. Up and away Carl Dumbrell and his team. May sense prevail!!
