The presentation also specifically refers to the placement capacity of 240 million shares under L 7.1 and 7.1a
I expect them to be issued by the Board (4/5 in agreement) a few days before the meeting. And there will be some circular financing arrangement or the payment will be a small deposit with the balance payable after the meeting when it will be discovered the company has no money and no other assets....
