I expect them to be issued by the Board (4/5 in agreement) a few days before the meeting. And there will be some circular financing arrangement or the payment will be a small deposit with the balance payable after the meeting when it will be discovered the company has no money and no other assets....

He may have board support but certainly doesn't have shareholder support...and...as I previously went over, I don't think a raise will help his numbers either...
