Ann: Company Update, page-68

Well, i cast three votes today, for small accounts i look after.....only 1.1M combined, so the voting percentage is not crucial.
The point i am making is, the vote will no doubt be decided by the Top40, but, an important message will go out if smaller holders have their say.
EMP has 600 holders, you could expect around 50 to vote, so, how much more expression would be shown if say 200 holders made the effort?

on another note, its proving hard to find anything on the refinery, but a couple of things have cropped up....more on that later
