Exactly, dp.. .it's a pretty safe bet on the vote, but there's no reason to be complacent . The vote could be won from 40-50voters...but, what better message could there be if 300 holders cast their vote as well....
A majority of shares, and a majority of shareholders would be a cast iron resolution to the issue.
Family and friends of mine have cast votes on as little as 200,000 shares.....only a million all up, but, 3 votes....
