Can we take this presentation seriously, or is it some sort prelude to skullduggery?

It annoys me that this minnow is considering another venture which we will have to pay for. Concentrate on Judith and bring some value to shareholders, for god's sake.

And even if the Moama refinery idea turns out to be worthwhile.....the market needs to have faith in the board before it will support any refurbishment of a previously failed venture.

Odd timing, imo, unless it was a way to slip in some minor disclosures about offers received/under consideration. Or in some way a negotiating tactic towards the party making the initial low-ball offer?
