dpbear - in my humble opinion, unless he has sufficient (majority) backing from registered shareholders, there is absolutely no chance of "slipping" the Moama asset into EMP "under the radar". Just because it's stated as being an oil refinery doesn't mean it can be vended into EMP without shareholder approval since it would demonstrably be a change in nature and scale of business which minoil has already pointed out. In addition, apart from issuing EMP paper for the acquisition there would have to be a significant capital raise which, under current equity availability, cannot happen. Assuming the notice of meeting is for the 2nd April then the resolutions tabled in that would have to first be defeated - highly unlikely.
