We have to be thankful that the new BOD is taking some time to provide the information about the CR. I would be very concerned if they just bowled ahead and accepted everything that they have been landed with without checking every deal and every detail to make sure it was 100% kosha (to coin a phrase)
While it would appear that some of the previous BOD had a fairly cavalier approach to picking up projects or prospects you would hope that the people who have taken on the responsibility this time are much more thorough in their duties. After all if they produce documentation for a capital raise quoting information about prospects or tenements that VIC has on its books and that information is later shown up as inadequate or incorrect then not only is their credibility as Directors shot to pieces but they would be liable for providing misleading information to the market.

Given the track record of VIC for several years caution is warranted in fairly large doses IMHO
