"What a turnaround " indeed muddy waters. In fact it is no longer the same old VIC. The old VIC departed with the former BOD being shown the door and replaced by a new BOD aiming to change the direction and performance of the company. The old VIC could not have survived IMHO without that significant change. It is in fact a different company now.
It will not surprise me if the new BOD decide eventually (perhaps in the not too distant future) to opt for a name change to reflect that this is now a different entity from the former shambles.
