One last question
Did the shareholders elect the new board of directors.
If not who appointed them
and, how were they selected and when were we advised of their suitability (eg qualifications etc )
You may have guessed I have misgivings that they are hidden proxies for the old board
Just checking before I file these ones away in the drawer.
