It's a key reason for the delays and bad decision making that has led them to this point.  Of course he knows.  He just didn't want to say.  Now that we know that politicians and a couple of state and federal government departments also know, they can be sent an FOI request to reject.  A certain WA Nationals MP is going to really slam someone next question time too, at least there'll be some catharsis there.
