    Orinoco Gold Limited (ASX:OGX) (“Orinoco” or the “Company”) advises that following the decision of the ASX to suspend the Company’s shares from trading on 2 April 2019, the rights issue offer outlined in its prospectus dated 28 March 2019 has been withdrawn and will not proceed on its current terms.
