Are you referring to the last CR? A prospectus is a legal document issued by companies offering securities for sale. Now correct me if I am wrong but I don't believe they can just issue a new prospectus because the original (issued less than 2 months ago) is now, amazingly, not relevant.

What options do those who participated in the raise have now? Ask for a refund? You would have to grab Meir by the ankles and tip him upside down.
