If a prospectus was released for a CR, then so soon after the CR the company changes tack so drastically, is there any requirement for the company to go back to those SH's that partook in CR for a vote for using that capital for a purpose differing from the advertised intentions?

It's like if I asked mum for 5 bucks to buy bread and milk and I go and buy coke and mars bars instead. Mum is not going to be pleased.

I'm just wondering what accountability there is?
