well ASIC have more pressure on them atm after RC... and need to keep on top of their shit..

you take capital raising and if there are no results or progress from it, then i would have thought questions would be asked.

ATO already onto it with some companies, so why couldnt it go to regulator.

either way.. i think the better option is to get some pearls up sooner rather than later - get some confidence, show they can operate and then have global project build on that.. means they will get some revenue in, investors who have signed up can start to see fruits for their patience, and it will help get greater funding (finance), and other parties on board for the global network.

and if they do have some built (which i would hope they do seeing as the launch was timed for now, etc), then why leave these sitting around for another 9 months.. get them up and doing something.. refer to above comments.
