Interesting point though about the ASX stepping in, it often seems like they do very little but once they have you on their radar they can show some teeth.

I am going way off topic but as an example of this I remember when the ASX were hot on AVZ following comments made by Michael Langford representing Airguide. It was interesting watching how scrutinising the ASX became towards that company. It would be very interesting to see that amount of heat applied here.
