    well that was a waste of 1000$

    i have a question. When can I claim this as a tax loss. If the company is delisted can I claim it? Don't quote me but for example cudeco (CDU) has not been trading for about a year. Yet a holder could not sell as it's not trading.

    any insight would be appreciated.
