REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARYSUSPENSIONON RELSECURITIESWe refer to the trading halt requested on the securities of Raven Energy Limited (“the Company”) on 5 March 2018. The Company hereby requests that its securities be placed in voluntary suspension with immediate effect pending an announcement of corporate activities relating to the Company’s divestments in Botswana. The Company expects that a request to lift the suspension will be made no later than the opening of trading on Thursday, 15 March 2018, concurrent with the release of an update in respect of such corporate activities.

The Company is also continuing itsactivenegotiations with respect to a strategic acquisition. The Company anticipates that a request to lift the voluntary suspension will be made no later than the opening of trading on Friday, 20April 2018, concurrent with the release of an update in respect of the above corporate activities, a resolution of thoseASX queriesand aresolution of the abovementioned negotiations.

Now we have various ASX queries that are never explained until 18th April when all ASX questions are answered and then silence again until August which confirm securities still suspended
